What these Terms cover. These Terms govern your use of copium.games. DEI Detective (deidetective.com) is a separate service operated under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — your use of that site is governed by those documents, not these.

This website is operated by Copium Games LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using it you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02 What this site is

This site provides information about Copium Games LLC and its work, including game development, web development, security, and infrastructure services. It is informational. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you are under 18, use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

04 Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

This site links to other websites and services, including DEI Detective. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copium Games LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including loss of data or profits.

09 Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or reasonable costs we incur because of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its date, and continuing to use the site means accepting it. Questions go through our contact form. A postal address for formal correspondence is available on legitimate request.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about this site. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something once doesn't waive it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may.
